I was under Major Sullivan’s leadership in region 2 of the Texas Highway patrol for several years. The thing that I remember the most was the major’s accessibility at anytime. Even though we did abide by the chain of command he was always available to meet our needs at the time! He understood the demands of being a Highway Patrol trooper and was very approachable.
