Steven Sullivan & Associates is owned and operated by Steven Sullivan, a resident of Driftwood (Austin), TX. Steve has worked in the transportation and highway safety industry for more than 40 years and is a retired Major with the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Highway Patrol.
The State of Texas adopted the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in 1987. In addition to receiving training and conducting compliance audits of interstate and intrastate motor carriers, Steve underwent training in enforcing federal regulations.
From 1998 through 2002, Steve supervised the Texas Compliance Review Program for Southeast Texas. He was involved in the Texas Highway Patrol Compliance Review committee, which developed the enforcement policies.
